JY-EM-12 embedded material is a lightweight epoxy-based material. It has good thixotropy without drawing and flowing for excellent operation function . It can be cured at room temperature and compatible with each kinds of honeycomb core, phenolic resin and epoxy resin prepreg. It has excellent mechanical, thermostability , corrosion resistance and weather resistance. It matches requirement of DIN5510, TB\T3237, TB\T3139 standards etc. 

        JY-EM-12 embedded material can be allowed honeycomb cores to be readily reinforced in strategic areas without adding unnecessary weight. It can promote the filled area of honeycomb panel mechanical performance , and this area can be fixed hinge, fastening and other external parts with screw directly. It’s a perfect replacement of metal or non-metal embedded parts. It can fill reinforcing the hole opening on the honeycomb composite panel and install fittings. It has excellent mechanical performance, avoiding the potential risk of traditional embedded pates.
